Dispute resolution and consumer arbitration
In the event of disputes between lawyers and their clients, out-of-court dispute resolution is available on application through the Rechtsanwaltskammer Frankfurt am Main (§ 73 Abs. 2 Nr. 3 BRAO) or through the Schlichtungsstelle der Rechtsanwaltschaft (arbitration body of the German legal profession), Rauchstraße 26, 10787 Berlin, www.schlichtungsstelle-der-rechtsanwaltschaft.de (§ 191f BRAO).
Apart from this, we are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.

The language of the court is German (§ 184 GVG): the divorce petition (Scheidungsantrag) and all court documents are filed in German. We advise and correspond in German and English.
